Ok, anyway... I believe the Email address must be in one of the 3 places I mentioned above. If you already changed it everywhere, maybe you have problem with browser cache.
I remember that we changed this email address last summer with a dummy address because we was receiving many emails from the client's sites. People simply forget to change emails in Joomla after HotStart installation.
I suggest you to do a MySQL dump with phpMyAdmin and then open it in text editor and search for "info@hotjoomlatemplates.com". This should give better idea where the email address could be hidden.
