I know your time is far more important then this, and you could be doing better things like creating new templates for us, but please help.

Did you check email address of the super administrator in Joomla User Management page?

By the way, your account has been suspended since February, so why should we help you either.

You are using an outdated template version!

I appreciate everything you do and have done for me. I know the value of your work and intend to renew my membership soon. I want and need every new template you have released. I'm also comfortable using 1.5 and that is why I haven't adopted the 1.6 or 1.7 versions. My financial situation does not give you the right to respond the way you did. I have shown no negativity towards you, your work, nor your help, only towards myself for having to burden you. I always read through every forum topic before seeking help from you.

Your comment however has placed a great damper on me wanting to continue to do business with Hot Joomla Templates, and I think a that your comment showed a lack of professionalism on your part.

Thanks for your time, and templates. I will figure it out on my own.

P.S. I will always be a Hot Joomla Template fan.

You should be polite when you write posts and confirm that you checked what we recommended. You should not start your posts with "I am not an idiot".

I was calling myself an idiot for not being able to figure the problem out. This had nothing to do with you. I will end this thread because we have deviated from the issue and the purpose of this FREE forum, To Help!
