Issue with Responsive Tiny Nav when links clicked

Just updated it on the live site example for you to see. Now the flickering is gone but the tiny nav doesn't trigger anymore at all?

Okay just implemented Milos fix you mentioned and its still not working. The tiny nav won't trigger at all now. Let me know what to do.

Can you roll back to default, I get an felling we are pushing at wrong direction, so we could think of some fresh solution. Generally problem is way you put your logo it's different from our default case

I've updated the files to default for the responsive_menu.js and also the template_css.php file. The tiny nav is back but still having my initial problem where the tiny nav turns back into the large menu once a new page loads with the browser still scaled down.

Also if this helps you...While browsing the live site preview using Firebug for Firefox I noticed this error. SEE ATTACHMENT.
