Issue with Responsive Tiny Nav when links clicked

What am I supposed to do now? Its hard to believe that there is no other way to solve this? I always feel that anything is possible. I value your help and appreciate everything that you've done so far. The client has already approved the layout so I cannot change the positioning. Help me to figure out a work around or can you advise another way to organize my DIVs in the template manager?

Okay I took the logo position completely out and saved it. With your current js and css alterations the tiny nav still won't trigger. I guess I'll have to revert back to the original default code and start over. Ugh!

I reverted back and installed a fresh version of sparky 0.96b and it is still doing the tiny nav glitch when links are clicked inside tiny nav, once the new page loads it reverts back to the main larger menu. I even worked with a new layout for another client using Sparky (very simple layout) making sure I follow your guideline and its still doing it.

I'm truly at my wits end, I really looked forward to and enjoyed using Sparky for my clients but this is truly a glitch within Sparky. Not trying to point fingers just honest to God Truth.

What can you do?

try to replace jquery.hjt.nav.js with one in zipped attachment.

Thanks for offering another solution. I updated this file and nothing changed. The larger main menus still load after you click a link from within the tiny nav.
