I installed Sparky but can not see options

Hi!
I installed this framework in Joomla 3.0.3 and 3.1 sites in Install manager.
But when I click on Template manager -> Styles -> sparky_framework I see page wich contained only four feelds - 'Name of Style', 'Template', 'Default' and 'ID'.
There is not page like in 1 minute 19 sec. in your video.

Send admin access using "Report To Moderator"

These sites are in local dick. I can't send admin access

Use chrome , right click anyware on page then Inspect Element, see in bottom-right corner is there is small red icon indicating errors. Try to expand debug so I could see all errors
