I installed Sparky but can not see options

There are two errors - in pics below.

I installed fresh j3.0.3 and sparky, and I also see that two errors from joomla core javascript but sparky backed functions normally. Maybe you should try to re-install?

I moved and installed again. Problem is not solved.
I used version sparky-0.97a. May be other version of template will help me?

Maybe joomla version is problem, try latest 3.0.3 ?

I tried both versions - 3.0.3 and 3.1

Well not sure maybe when you put it on real hosting it will not behave like that, I told you I tested fresh joomla and sparky with mu comp and all works ok, so it must be something related to your computer.
