Layout Builder missing in Joomla 3.1 admin

Your layout is stored in settings (in database) so just overwrite template files with new sparky version. If you used export to change template name you will have to purchase commercial sparky to be able to prepare template for you.

Since updating Joomla to 3.2.1 the Sparky Layout Builder is missing from the admin now. I have access to the MySQL database via 1and1 hosting. Can you provide me step by step instructions as to how I can get the new sparky version running while not losing my template customizations? I don't know which files to overwrite and if it can be done easier through the database????

Here is a screen shot of what I see when I browse through phpmyadmin to view my template in template_styles row in database.
