Internal server error when traying to upload image with sparky page builder was created by webaccess
Hi!
I get an Internal server error message every time I try to upload an image on a block with Sparky page builder. I've tried on two different websites (J5 with Focus and StarUp templates) and I get the same error, an which makes it impossible to upload images. If I copy/paste manually the image URLs, it works, but it won't work to upload images and save the article afterward. I attached a print screen. Please, help!
thanks!

Hello,
Do you have problems with the image block of the Sparky Page builder or with the Responsive Lightbox plugin? Your screenshot shows just the shortcode for the Responsive Lightbox plugin. In order to upload the image for use in the Responsive Lightbox plugin, you should either upload them via FTP or via the Joomla Media Manager from the Joomla Administrator Dashboard > Content > Media.
Regards,
Milos

Hi
I get the same issue. Started today. Its when you click select which allows you to browse to the image and then choose the image you want. However the path does not update and throws that internal server error in the back. See attached screenshots. Its the path of the image in the source that does not update.

Hello,
I can't reproduce this problem on our demo server. I confirmed that the image block is working properly and selection of images is possible.
Our Joomla version is v5.1.0 and the Sparky Page Builder version is v1.3.2. Please confirm that you have the same versions on your website. PHP version is v8.2 (recommended for Joomla 5).
Another possible cause for this problem is wrong folder permissions. Check this is System > System Information > Folder Permissions. All the folders must be "writable".
Regards,
Milos

Hi!
I have the same configuration and versions. Please see the video screenshot here drive.google.com/file/d/1yW2lr1I6MhrOG92...g0l/view?usp=sharing
In this video screenshot, you can see the error I encountered drive.google.com/file/d/1c8aqv4aOSG8B3X4...Bbd/view?usp=sharing
Until yesterday it worked just fine, today it is not working on any of the websites where we have Editor Sparky builder (all of them are J5 on the same server configuration).
How can we solve this?

Hi
I have managed to get this resolved. For me, the issue was the hosting server security that would have triggered MODESC rules. To confirm it is your server and not the editor, you can go to the article image and links tab, and try to browse and select an intro image, you should get internal error as well and no image displayed. Hope this helps
