This is a snapshot from the hot spinner extension at hot joomla. It shows exactly the same to my site dintjener.no and hot wortex demo

I think many use IE 7 so it will be to bad if it does not work with it

well..the hotspinner is not compatible with IE 8 either. It is only compatible with the latest explorer 9.

It has now been tested to 5 different persons pc with IE 8 and not one of them works with the hot spinner. And 2 different pc with IE 7 and same results. And we tested it at both my and hot joomla own site

Cant say I am happy about this

The big questions after this is

1 Why do you sell extensions who is not compatible with internet explorer ?

2 The hotspinner dont work in seven out of seven pc with either IE 7 or 8.. so why havent you tested it ?

3 Can you make it compatible with IE 7 and 8 in the nearest future ?

When hot spinner does not work with IE 7 it is bad, but when it does not work with IE 8 it is useless :( ( 66% of IE users have the IE 8 version )

Hi,

the module is developed on IE 8 and tested on IE7, after that fixed for IE 9 . Maybe you have issues with base64 encoding of images (may happen with certain images). Try disabling Image Base 64 encoding (or LABEL ENCODING) that should make it even work on ie6 but loading of rotating images will not be shown at once.
