How to install the example business site ?

That is due permissions 100%, javascript is not functioning because it could not be loaded from its location to page.

I am using cpanel file manager to upload the zip file hotstart.zip, I downloaded it from your site, and then I extract the files through cPanel file manager tool. which file or folder do i need to change the permission? am I the only one has encounter this issue?

Change permissions to all joomla folders and files (CHMOD 755 - in cpanel). You are not the first one.

OK, the problem was resolved by using another FTP client to upload the files to the sever. also make sure you extract the files first and then upload it. for some reason using CPanel file manager was changing the permission of all the joomla directories
