Business template widt has no effect.

This can be done via CSS. You should not change any PHP files.

Solved. I reinstalled the website with AKEEEBA.

I did what you suggested. I made a new top Row with a Header and set the groepsfoto.jpg in the module.
As you can see in the front-end there is no header present.

You damaged the logo.php file. That's why it doesn't output the logo image. Please restore the original logo.php file.

And your attachment shows that you selected the image as a background image (?!) for a row. I understand that you want to use the image groepsfoto.jpg as your logo image. So, restore the logo.php file and select this image as your logo (under Features > Branding).
