Milos, one thing I see no parameter for the down arrow. In the top-menu near FILM-EN-FOTO_IMPRESSIES V
Do you have a css for the color of the arrow? It must be white (same as the Menu text).

You should change the arrow image (it's in the template's "images" folder).
