Where can I change the time format? was created by racewolf

I want to change the time and signature format from:
"Thursday, 02 August 2012 10:20
Written by Super User"

To:
"Thursday, 02 August 2012
By: Super User"

How can I do that?

I try to modify the file: "en-GB.com_k2.ini" in the \language\en-GB

But it only can change the "Write by" into "By", it doesn't effect the date format.

please help!
