Can I use the Hot Effect Rotator on the Home Page (Responsive Template) to be positioned on top like banner?

Hi,

Hot Effects Rotator is not a responsive module, so I don't think that would work. I would rather recommend Hot Full Carousel, Hot Image Slider PRO or Hot Film Tape modules:
