Line Height under navigationbar

ok - i try my best to explain.
there is a light small line under the navigation bar/header. the line on "home" has a dirrerent line-height as at the other pages. i do not understand why this effect happens. i want to have the same line hights on every page.

that did not solve the problem.

i changed the startpage => and the problem moved from the "old" startpage to the "new" startpage => it seems that this problem occurs on pages which are set to startpage.

while checking the site, another problem occured. on the page: lackdoktor-lauchringen.de/index.php/smart-repair . when shrinking the windows the menubar is not changing into mobile-mode. the problem occurs when the slideshow is integrated into the context. is ther a solution?
