I have solved the problem for template blocks installed with sample data in www.solucionesrodra.com

The solution is simple:
0 - The process is performed from Cpanel
1 - Install Joomla files in the path: home / solut / public_html
2 - Install file hot_blocks3x_hotstart.zip on the same route home / solut / public_html
3 - Create Database
4 - Install joomla in the usual way we all know.
5 - During instalaciion Joomla select the fourth option.
