Problems using the hotstart installation 3.x

I've checked by myself requirements and every thing seems to be right. Moreover I asked the server administrator for checking if the Joomla 3.2's technnical requirements meet and he/she confirm I'm right. So....what's the problem? I have other joomla 3.2 sites in that server but I installed them from 0. Now I really want to get the look you show in Block template demo so that I want to use the hotstart facility you provide and then I will customize the site using my images and contents.
What proceed from now on? Help, please!

Probably you don't enter database parameters correctly. Check with your provider if for database server location you should put "localhost".
Then create database manually form hosting control panel and user for it.
1. Database server location
2. Database name (you created)
3. Database user (you created)
4. Database user password(you created)

Knowing all that try with then new parameters.

I have the same problem installing the blocks template, I have done according to the same process shown in the video www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvSzwdQU6sY .

When you reach the last step of the Joomla installation option does not appear Hotstart me.

Note: I am using Joomla 3.2.2.
