NO RANKING!!

Hi, just wondered if anyone can help me please. We bought "Drug Store: template for use with our company and are struggling to get a ranking on google. WE have several other joomla templates and our ranking is great but this one is causing us havoc! My website is The Urban Cheese Company www.urbancheese.co.nz and we just cant get any hits on key words that exist in our site. We have added meta tags, descriptions, etc. It is very frustrating as my last website we were ranked on the first google search for new zealand cheese making suppliers.

Can anyone help me please. Are we missing some very important setting in our configuration. Maybe someone could look at our site and work out why this is happening? We are so bamboozled by this!

Are you targeting "micro greens" or "cheese making"?

Look at you page titles "home" should be one of the above.

The faults not in the template but overall SEO implementation.
You'll also need to check your 404 errors - these won't help, see recipes link in menu.

Meta tags for keywords and descriptons are a start but there is more to be done.

Im not quite sure what you mean by this - have I named my pages incorrectly? I dont understand the "&quot" thing.

If you can suggest what I need to do then I will learn from this and know for next time. Its weird as I have never had to do this before and my other sites are all ranked well on google.

Well we are a cheesemaking supplier but we also promote other healthy living products.

Is this a problem?

We can not help you much on that , you need to ask some SEO expert. template as long with joomla will show robot what you tell it to.
