Being a kiwi and cheese maker myself I've made use of your site on occasions.

Just visited again today and noticed you have a 1.8M file with dimensions 2592px X 1936px on your home page - which you have scaled down using width / height tags. This won't help with google ranking. You need to re-size and optimize image before inserting into your home page.
