All you need to do is to change aliases? No, that is unexceptionable.
I have a hard time believing that this is not fixable. And if it really isn't fixable then there was something wrong with it in the first place.
This has been a problem since I bought it this on 05/14/2013. Nothing has changed with the newest VM update last week. That's not it.
You went in and looked at my site and checked the settings. Right?
If everything is set correctly, then there must be something wrong with this combo template that I bought from Hot-Themes.
I'm not ready to give up on this yet.

Send contact email using "Report To Moderator".
You can set properly aliases from now on when adding product/category basically having full control is not bad thing because it affect SEO . And if you find it more effective we can also make you some page you will just visit to invoke alias checking and converting in db.

Hello,
I'm not sure if I'm following everything you stated in your last message, but as far as I'm concerned I
shouldn't manually have to do anything extra. Or pay anything extra on top of what everyone else pays for
the same template package.
Virtuemart just needs to act like Joomla and not allow illegal characters in their aliases.
Manually editing the product aliases isn't hard, it's just that it's not just a one time thing. I'll constantly have to do it since I get a product feed daily.
And yes SEO is important but I should be able to decide when I want to spend the time on that. I shouldn't have to do it just so my website works right.

Ok but after all we make templates not VM , vm constantly changes things and that is there responsibility so if you think vm is not behaving as it should that is more issue for vm support.
