Flat error in the template

Hii i was done the backup and website is live as before so you can fix the issue i want to add the two sidebar which is left sidebar and another need to add the section in the cotent row and widget name is user1

The main content area now has two columns (left and right module positions). Also, I added the user1 module position above the main content area. See the screen shot.

its means error in your theme

I will need FTP access to see why the template is not generating CSS files after saving on this host. Probably wrong writing permissions or something else...
