You downloaded template before j3.1.1 when we had fix:

At bottom of templates\hot_food_spirit\css\tadmin.css add this:

DIV#options.tab-pane.ui-tabs {
display:block!important;
}

It is exact that i upgrade joomla at 3.11 after download the tamplate.
But but i do the paste of the code!
it seems not work!!! (see attach)

It works your browser uses old file from cache. Checked in chrome and ff
