How do I make it to fill whole site from left to right? just like banner on the top? Or perhaps I should use Carousel and change effect from sliding to fading?

You didn't make edits I recommended. You have both Hot Image Slider and Hot Image Slider PRO installed on this site. Make sure you edited "Hot Image Slider PRO".

Also, you can remove it if you add this in template_css.css file of the template:

How do I change size of the slider to cover space on site like banner on the top? Mean from left to right without margins?

1. Go to Extensions > Templates > hot_construction > Layout builder. Find row with class "galleryrow" and chage it to "galleryrow full".

2. Hot Image Slider must have a fixed width, so you can try to increase module width in parameters. If it doesn't work good, you should use a different module in this position, such as Hot Swipe Carousel.
