Sorry, if you are using RTL text, for the 1) you should also check in subtab CSS (RTL) here:

Thanks for your good support.
I need to change the submenu box color to black and when mouse over the text of the item must be white. (same as your site submenu colors)

Hello,

You can select the colors in the template settings, under Menus > Main Menu. Under "Sublevel Font Settings" change "Link Hover Color" and under "Buttons and Panes Color" change "Drop Down Hover Background".

Hello,

You have copied a lot of CSS code related to ".mnu_mainmenu" to the block with Custom CSS (in template settings). This code overrides the menus settings. I deleted a line of code and now the background is black.
