HOORAY! The "UP" buttons now work!

Thank you Thank you...now if i could just get the "WELCOME" Menu tab to work!

It points to "#welcome" and you dont have any element on page with name="welcome"

Ah ha! I kept putting in that code: <p><a id="welcome"></a></p>

but because of the Joomla 3.0 "magic quotes" issue it kept removing it.
Thank you, SO MUCH. IT NOW WORKS!
