Blank Site page after Hot Start Installation

Hi, I had a the same problem with Spain, but I only installed template from Joomla Extension Manager and select it as default template, a blank page appear. I also import the sample_data.sql from PHPMyAdmin but still a blank page appear. Any Help? www.lmz.myph.ph

If you did language installation you may need to go to Extension Manager/ Database tab and click on "fix database errors" is such button exists.

Also did you select sample data to install on j2.5 you click on button not changing sample data set on 3.1.x item is called something like: select this for hot start..
