Add/Edit shipment address page - does not appear

Hi,

Sorry to do this - but the "Add/Edit shipment address" page does not appear when you click on any option to edit during the checkout process.

I've checked with default template on the site and it works fine.

Also checked the demo site and the same issue occurs.

How do we get the shipping address input page to appear?

You need to configure "Shopper fields" in vm admin.

Hi,

Checked VM shopper fields and the field there are the "Bill To Address" etc.

I think the "Add/Edit shipment address" are associated with the "order", not shopper.

The "Bill To Address" works fine - the "Add/Edit shipment address"/(page) is missing.

Oooops my bad - looked in the wrong columns.

Worked correctly when I enabled details in "shipping form" column.

Sorry to open this again I am experiencing the same problem can not add/edit delivery address.

In VM shopper thier is a "Shipment Addresses Add Address tab", I click this but nothing happens, does it have to be enabled somewher else? See attched image no 1




Also if I click on the shipment address tab no information is shown, see attached image no 2

Do you have shipment methods defined?
