Yes I have all the shipment methods defined, and configured in VM, but just cant add or edit shipping address from web site when order placed,

Ok that was on fly thing to check first but generally that is VM issue so better ask on vm forum.

Hi,

I resolved this by ensuring "shipping details" are enabled in "custom fields" in the shipping column.

You can check this as follows:
Default VM has a number of fields ticked (display fields) in the shipping column of custom fields.
However in the "quickstart" install of watches these are unticked.

What you say seems to make sense, however in custom fields it doesnt show any shipping column as image shown.


I am a real newbie to Joomla & VM so treat me as needing an idiots guide.
