Qty icon on checkout- change qty not working

Where exactly should i be looking for this file?

<joomla root>/templates/hot_watches/html/com_virtuemart/default_pricelist.php

That file can be present or not , I'am asking if it exists or not

i dont have access to the root directory, but my hosting company have given me this reply:

No, that file isn't there. Here's a list of files that are there starting with the string "default".

Usually that happens when you have old code in that file that belongs to template in your case you are using default vm layout for that page so you should ask vm forum for help because they know the best.
