No, detailed instructions is not possible to make because it will be different for every new client/website that needs template change.

So, you install template with our data and COPY settings from this to your live site. One by one. It may take some time, but there's no other option. Same thing with any other template that you choose.

Regarding the MySQL error, make sure your server has MySQL 5 version installed.

Installation service includes just installation of original template on your server (like on our demo). No customizations included.

Yes, this is correct version. Please edit file /installation/mysql/sql/sample_data.sql in Notepad and change TYPE=MyISAM to ENGINE=MyISAM everywhere. Then try again.
