Currency

i have used the hot start installation, is there a problem with the installation because i cant get the currency currency display style to be working

I press apply (store info) and it just doesnt get saved...

Plz help me out

Please check Joomla folders permissions. Also, please check if file /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php is writable.

everything is writebale checked it all!
I dont know why this is happening

I also get another problem,

In the product list, when i click on a product, the prices are visible on the textboxes(it shows the saved ones), after i change it

It gets saved, but when i click the product again to change it, the textboxes are blank..
Same happens in Store Information...
With the exception in Store Information that it never saves the currency display style tab..NEVER...

What's your site link? Are you put correct links in /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php file, as per documentation?

Have u tried a clean installation of it and u see usd symbols or any other currencies?

Yes, in Store configuration, you select a currency from Available list of currencies, change Currency in drop-down and enter new currency symbol. Works perfectly on our demo server.
