Also, I can confirm that we will convert all templates to Joomla 1.6 once the stable version is out. At this moment, VirtueMart will be upgraded as well on all templates that are using it.

Milos,
Thank you for the courtesy of the reply. I do understand that you cannot support Joomla problems, or VM problems because they really are not your products.
I don't think we should expect that of you. However, while this may seem slightly contradictory, I do think that if there are some issues that become known over time, it's good customer service for you guys to make sure that your clients know about it, by adding one page to the demos, introducing it in your forums, or in the instructions that come with the template, so it helps the customer find the things they need to fix the problem a little more quickly.
You don't have to fix it for them, no, I'm not saying that. And other people should understand that. I think where they get confused about your role in this is that you offer the HotStart, and the expectations are changed, because you are now packaging the bugs into the install package. If you never gave the hotstart (which for me was so great, btw), then people wouldn't expect you to solve their problems.
I didn't expect you to solve my problem, I went and looked at forum posts for Joomla and VM. But I'm experienced in this, and others are not. Their expectation is that they get a "package" even if you are telling them you cannot support Joomla and VM, and the EXPECT you should help them. Maybe that is unfair, but that is something you need to handle with instructions, or something else in the demos themselves.
Like this: "HotJoomlaTemplates is the vendor of Joomla and Virtumart templates and modules. We are not responsible for your Joomla or Virtumart installations. Please understand that the various versions of Joomla and Virtuemart, being of Open Source nature, and under constant development, may be buggy in certain features. HotJoomlaTemplates cannot take responsibility for fixing these bugs (which may consequently exist in our HotStart packages because we are just packaging Joomla and Virtuemart) since they originate from the Joomla and Virtuemart developer communities. However, there may be some immediate solutions you would find if you take the time to search our forums, as well as Joomla and Virtumart Forums. We thank you for understanding."
I would like to say, the E-commerce (Tech Store) template is beautiful and I am moving on with the redesign of my site with this template. I have fixed the pricing bugs by updating to VM 1.1.6 (so it seems, for now).
Thank you again Milos.

Krishmandal, Milos,
Krishmandal, first of all well put and very succinct.
The reason I initially posted my post was because as a person who is trying to run his own business and is not a technical person, but I do try and learn how to add the sites to my db. So it gets frustrating when you think you are getting a full package and then realise there are bugs. Milos must get really frustrated when the queries come flying in which are no fault of his, but this is of his own making.
I have bought about 5 templates from Milos and the Hotstart is a great help.
But when I bought these templates I was expecting them to be bug free and I now understand why this is not the case.
I agree there should be some explanation regarding this, if there was I would not have been so forthcoming with my comments.
Apologies to Milos and co, but I suppose we are all learning as we go along.
I certainly have no complaints with the templates per se, (and will continue to buy them) and I have also upgraded to VM 1.1.6 which did fix the problem.
Thanks Milos & co.

We found solution for this problem. Sample company name Watsushita's Tiendita was the problem, actually the ' in its name.
If you downloaded eCommerce after Feb. 1st 2011, you should not have this problem, otherwise please run the attached SQL file from phpMyAdmin.

Milos, that sounds great, but your brevity is a little confusing. There were a number of issues discussed in this thread by the time you posted the solution.
Could you be very specific as to what the solution is meant to correct? I have things working just fine right now, and wonder if I apply this will I break something that is already working.
Thanks.
