I apologize for not being clear.
I understand that I need to download and overwrite those files. I'm wondering where do I get the new version of virtuemart based template for hot_cosmetic (I know somewhere on the hot webdesign templates website)? How do I know which version I have? Is 17 the latest version? If so then that is the template I originally downloaded and therefore already have it.
Thanks again?

Simply download it and unpack as per instructions. On the site you can download only the latest template versions.

For others reference he is what I had to do and I'm not sure where I went wrong:
Followed these steps (or so I thought):
1.) Install com_virtuemart2.0.0_RC3_Pre_K.zip
2.) Install com_virtuemart_ext_aio.2.0.0RC3_Pre_K.zip
3.) Uninstall AIO
4.) Install com_virtuemart.2.0.0.zip
5.) Install com_virtuemart_ext_aio.2.0.0.zip
6.) Uninstall AIO
7.) Update Joomla template files
However there are new product tables created in your database for each language and my products did not get put into these tables. Therefore I had to use the backup database from before the upgrade and take the products from there and put them in the new tables manually. You might be able to try in the backend VM-tools-update tables.
However it seems to be ok now.
Thanks!!

Hi All
I followed the instructions 3 times to the letter (failed, then restored, failed, restored and failed again).
My products missing. Same issue as RFreund.
When I installed RC3_Pre_K I got an error about the product files not updating.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and what I need to do to fix it?
Thanks in advance
Vexon

product may be missing if you used other language than English so their table was ..._LNG_LNG at end you have to modify database
