Template is ok, you may download it again. One thing come to my mind , if you copy with fileZilla or similar ap you can lost file and that can create problem as you have. Did you try to copy full zip then unpack it on server?

I did not copy the full zip.Let me try and copy the full zip then unpack it on server and see what happens.

If you have hosting based on cPanel, the easiest way is to use File Manager from cPanel and then upload archive hot_flashes3x_hotstart.zip and unpack it directly on the server.
