Unable to install sample data - Hot Start

We have just purchased a single Joomla Template. Unfortunately, following a guidance for Hot Start, we faced the issue when we clicked the "Install Sample Data"

The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token.

Hi there,

I have refreshed the pages couple of times and still with same errors. I try to delete the installer directory and created new directory and also generate a same errors.

This is my first time purchasing a template from from Best of Joomla. I usually purchased Joomla, Wordpress and Prestoshop templates from other sources and did not encounter any problem as the usual method to have a same web look as a demo is just to import the template sql file to phpadmin and installed relevant extensions.

Really hope you can assist me in installing the template in our web hosting.
I assure you if this will be not first time we will purchasing the templates from your side if this matter resolve. Thanks.

You can post us url using "Report To Moderator". Prepare site files for installation and send us DB parameters.
