Unable to install sample data - Hot Start

I tried to put in the layout.css. Not working too.

Is there any solution we can make the template more traditional way like the past? View in desktop format in all platform.

Or remain using responsive feature but compatible when viewing in mobile portrait (ipad) and small interface like iphone. There must be some script that can integrate for this media.

Hot Blocks template must be responsive as it's based on Masonry script. It's easy to disable "responsive" behavior on other templates, but not in this one.
