Unable to install sample data - Hot Start

I tested HotStart installations for both Joomla 2.5 and 3.x and they both worked fine on my server. However, I re-uploaded template files on our site, so please re-download and try again.

How long it will take to install sample data?

I have re-download and this time around, I managed to click sample data but it still installing from just now till now. More than 15 mins already.

Do advise. DO we still continue waiting even for 30mins? How long usually it take cause it is my time install the template sample data using this method. Normally either by importing sql or via template manager.

I also tested latest hot blocks and it works ok. You can do this:
- install it on your localhost first then copy site to server

I have reached the dead end. Its been a week since I purchased this template but the problem has yet to be resolved,

Now the problem is back to square one. Invalid security token. (Please find attached)

I have tried to install in other web host server. Still facing the same issue.

Tell you what. Can you assist to install the template for us as this is very urgent? Will provide you the cpanel information

We charge for template installation. Send us your contact email using "Report To Moderator" , type [at] instead of @ , so we send you details.
