You can try this:
1. Make a backup of database and all files (you can use hosting tools for backups) so you can restore it if something goes wrong.
2. Download the template package from our site and unzip HotStart installation on your computer.
3. Use FTP to upload all Joomla files (there are thousands of files) in the same folder (overwrite old files). Skip just the “installation” folder.
By doing this, if there are some missing files, they would be uploaded this time. I recommend Filezilla for FTP client.
