If the logo is in the "advert1" position, then adding this may restrict its size to 100%:

Add this at the top of the file, not between the @media block.

You can make a template row floating if you go to the template settings, enter the Row Settings for this row and enable the Floating option. More info: www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/sparky-docume.../layout/row-settings

You have this JS error on the page and it probably block the other JS scripts, including the floating menu. I see you installed menu additional extensions and you are not using our template's menu system.

Try disabling the Drop-down menu from the template options. Under Menus, select None instead of the Drop-down menu option.
