Theme options not accessible after joomla upgrade

I'm having the same problem. Have added the code to bottom of tadmin.css but still doesnt show options. Have tried in firefox, chrome, and IE. From memory I did have this problem before and the code fixed it, but now it seems to be back again. I have a few sites using this template, that are running out of date versions of Joomla and need updating but am reluctant to do so until I know this problem can be fixed. Any help will be much appreciated.

Ok, I have a one site that is now updated to Joomla 3.1.4 theme options are visible after adding suggested code to tadmin.css

I have another site which is also on Joomla 3.1.4 but the them options are still not visible after adding code to tadmin.css

they were not visible on version 3.1.1 either.

I think you have some old one page distribution, it wold be good to replace template files with new version (ones you did not change).
Problem was in quotes around font Arimo. I fixed parameters value but it will happen again if you use same quotes.
