Theme options not accessible after joomla upgrade

yes you download latest template and just overwrite files under template folder (ones you did not change)

we have updated from J 3.03 to J3.15 and all the tabs in template backend were gone.

after adding your patch "details" and "options" are back but "menu assignment" is still missing. also has a different layout as it is not shown in tabs.

Yes we know about that for while, solution was

At bottom of templates\hot_kindergarten\css\tadmin.css add:

div#options.tab-pane.ui-tabs {
display:block!important;
}

Yes, we know this already.

First only the "details" were shown,

then we added your patch in tadmin, this brought back the "options"

actually it is as shown in the attachmnet above: "menue assignment" is still missing and the layout is not correct (not shown in tabs).

We had few changes in template when that happen downloaded template again and overwrite all files except those you changed
