I went to the website to verify what you did and I noticed that the theme color changed, when I wanted to adjust it to the one I need, again the menu disappeared.

If I reinstall the template, do I see the menu again?

I had seen what you say about the menu types, where I save the configuration and it disappears, even more strange, I go back to the configuration, I select the same one and the configuration of the chosen menu type no longer appears. Is there a way to find out what could be causing this on my server? I have another template working on the same server and it doesn't cause those problems for me.

Perhaps when we use “Copy menu settings from…” option on your website, it starts to behave strange. Although, it not the case on our test server. Maybe an additional extension that you installed causes this problem.

When you hard refresh the menu settings page, the menu selector gets back to normal.

Try not to use the “Copy menu settings from…” option and set the options for each menu.

I installed the paradise template thinking that the files would be rewritten to the template that is there so I can see the menu again but to no avail, it still doesn't show up. I don't know if it has to do with the fact that the one that was already there was not reinstalled, but rather that a new template was installed and therefore the change was not reflected. On the other hand, I already added the script and it works fine for me.

There is something that I notice, and that is that the color of the theme, despite choosing the color palette, makes me a combination of colors between blue, red and orange.

If it is not too much trouble and taking advantage of your kindness, could you support me again in leaving the website as it was before, where the menu is already displayed, but now in the theme with palette number 4 (orange), please.

I tried everything, but the menu is still doesn't work. Can you provide me access to your hosting? I suspect the template settings in the Joomla database are damaged. I can copy the original template settings directly if you provide access to the hosting control panel and PhpMyAdmin.

I have decided to build the website directly from the hosting where it will be hosted, I have installed the quickstar version and when I put the script that my booking engine provider gives me, the menu has disappeared again.

On the other domain it couldn't give you access to hosting, so we decided to set it up directly there to give you access to hosting as you previously requested.
