hot start process not producing demo site

Hi, I have checked with my credit card people again now and the refund has not been issued as yet, the payment to 2checkout.com has been made.

I really need to get this sorted so i can get on with the template and setting up this site - i am not able to wait this is urgent for me

what are the options here? this has not been the experience I was looking for as you can imagine.

ok so if i am having to re sumbit payment, do i have to register again? as you said you have suspended the account

You can create new account, but I will not give you any kind of template support until I hear from 2checkout.com. I must know why they declined your payment.

well can't you phone them and get onto that? this is not my issue and i am paying customer? do you want the business?

i have been up best part of the night to get this nonsense sorted out, you do the math!
