clearly if you aren't offering support, clearly I wouldn't be paying
and with the support honestly me being experienced I can't imagine why this "hot start template" does not function as it should, you suggested DB? nothing on the db would suggest it was the issue particularly as it installed all joomla data, there was simply nothing in the hot start template to install - otherwise why did it not install while everything from a default joomla perspective did?
