Upgrading site from Joomla 2.5.25 to 3.x ONE PAGE

I actually have the old site using the One Page template but on joomla 2.5 located here : 35daydetox.com
and that site actually closes the responsive menu though when viewed on small screens? can you tell me if it is possible to incorporate the jquery from the joomla 2.5 One Page theme into the joomla 3.x version of One Page that way i get best of both worlds.. the joomla 3.x theme and a responsive menu that closes?

Sorry to say,
but that will require much of extra coding, and is not considered to be part of support. Because those two types using different techniques of showing and hiding extra menu.
