Well you don't customize files, if you want to go to Sparky, go to

Extensions > Template Manager > (on left sidebar should be marked styles) Select your template (probably hot_one_page - Default) and you will enter sparky.

yea thats where i usually go on the template manager to go to sparks.. but this one is different?

can i send you backend access to the site so you can have a look? i can report to mod if thats ok?

Can you tell us when you downloaded this template? I guess that you need fresh latest template (bacause some files are old in your current).

to be honest Ivan, I cant remember? I had a account a while ago which i could download all of the commercial templates and use them on my sites - joomla 1.5, 2.x and 3.x The 'One Page' one of them. So are you saying i need to get another commercial licence and download the themes again and the one i have will not work?

last thing you can try is to replace file I provided in attachment with your original file in template_folder\elements. But make sure you backup first original file.
