When I use the Contact form it works - but then, that opens my email client and does it from there vs. a form within the application.

I did the upgrade to Virtuemart 2.0.11 on the Test site (not on local machine, but on the hosting company's server) and am still getting the same error.

Please let me know what I should try next.

I don't understand this? Are you receiving emails from the server to your email address or not?

I don't receive an email from the server.

Just for clarification - what I was trying to say was that when you click on the Contact Me menu item and select the email address there to contact someone, it uses the email client. When I click on the ask a question about this product button, you fill out a form within the website and click a button to send it (vs it using the email client to generate the email).

I assume the error that I get is due to it not being able to redirect to a page or something, is it not?

The error implies that I might be missing a default.php somewhere - but I don't know where it's looking... or what the default.php should be... could that be the possible cause?

This www.paulmullenfinewoodworking.com/mullen.../2011-10-05-19-54-08 is not a contact form and you can't test server's email here. Please create a temporary menu item that points to the contact's page like this demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/furniture_st...-05-19-46-03/contact to test the email functionality.

p.s. On our link we intentionally disabled possibility of sending emails because it's just template demo.

Ok, I created the contact form and sent an email. I received a copy of the email successfully.

1. Make sure that your server is running PHP5.2 (or later) and MySQL5.

2. Upgrade VM to 2.0.11 manually as per instructions I gave you previously.
