Virtuemart "Send Your Question" button not working

The upgrade was completed in Posting 21955 above - I tested after that and still received the error.

I'm almost positive that the server is running the versions you indicated for PHP and MySQL, but will verify and get back to you.

The error text implies that I might be missing a default.php somewhere - but I don't know where it's looking... or what the default.php should be... could that be the possible cause?

Please confirm when you are 100% sure what PHP and MySQL are installed on your server because VM have conflicts with some versions.

It's PHP 5.2 by default (I can upgrade to 5.3 or 5.4 if needed). MySQL is 5.1.65.

Please let me know what the next steps are to get this issue resolved.

Perhaps this is bug in VirtueMart (one more). Try this:

- Using Notepad create a textual file and name it default.php. Enter just plain text inside, such as "Email sent"

- Create folder /templates/hot_furniture_store/html/com_virtuemart/askquestion

- Upload file default.php in this folder.

I think we're making progress...

First, let me say that under that directory structure, there was no "askquestion" folder, so I created one and put the file in as you instructed. When I did that and uploaded it to the test site and click "Send your question", I get a window that says this:

Is there a way to clean that up so that it doesn't display the text between "Mail sent successfully" and "Thank you for your Question...."?

check parameter Order-mail format , it should be HTML-mail
